Goya 75th Anniversary Event
March 16th Health Initiative Hollenbeck Middle School has worked in the past with a health initiative teaching their parents, through parent workshops, about health issues affecting many families today, such as obesity and diabetes. The school continues to work with families and teach them about ways to stay healthy, including eating right. On March 16th, the school will invite parents to share in the food donation and remind them about the importance of healthy nutrition. In addition, the Los Angeles Regional Food Bank will be able to distribute and talk about food insecurity issues present in many families in Los Angeles County. The day will be a chance to showcase GOYA food products and acknowledge Goya’s commitment to providing nutritious and delicious foods to families. |
